If you decide to apply then you will be guided by our state of the art hiring process, as follows:
Step 1 - Questionnaire
We ask that you to fill out a brief online questionnaire for us
to get to know you a little better. No resume or cover letter needed yet.
Step 2 - One-way video interview
If selected, you will be invited to complete a one-way interview on SparkHire, also online. This part is
key to making sure you will be a fit for our agency. We also ask for a resume and letter at this point.
Step 3 - Meet & Greet
We conduct an in-person interview with lots of hard questions and two fairly easy ones.
Step 4 - Reference Checks
We ask everyone about you and search for you on google and social to find out the truth.
Step 5 - Giving you the keys!
Only certain applicants get keys.
